World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Project Planner to work with business users and ISP suppliers to facilitate the timely initiation of new Project Requests and Project Change Requests within Europe.

You will be accountable for providing guidance on the access to appropriate tools and processes to facilitate the initiation of project requests, advising on the selection of projects and the governance and structuring, particularly for multi-bundle projects.

This includes:

• Providing advice and guidance to all stakeholders
• Ensuring customer requests are submitted using the correct request type
• Assuring deliverables meet customer request and comply with timing requirements.
• Providing contractual value by assuring proposal conforms to agreed chargeability rules
• Ensuring proposed project roles are commensurate with the work required
• Facilitating resolution of contractual non conformance of proposals
• Ensuring correct use of request initiation tools and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Planner to join a Global Oil Company. Previous oil and gas experience would be desirable.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
