Our client, a leading retail bank based in Edinburgh, is looking for a project planner to work on a large Transformation Programme.

The Programme Planner needs to be able to take work package plans and develop these into portfolio plans and in turn make a programme plan; from which the business can identify all the milestones and the critical path. 

The Project Planner needs to have a background in sole Planning roles - not simply have just dabbled in planning within a PMO role. The Project Planner must have a financial services background.? MS Project skills need to be expert, as do the self organisation and communication skills.
