Rates & Terms Of Business

• PPP Services has a standard rate structure for each of our offerings which we are happy to discuss with you once we understand your requirement. Recognising that this is a marketplace, we like to understand your individual requirements before discussing the applicable fees so that we are competitive and can demonstrate their value.
• Factors such as multiple requirements, campaigns, exclusivity etc. will all be taken into account when discussing the fee structure.
• Terms of business (REC approved) will be issued for permanent / fixed term assignments before any recruitment activities are undertaken.

Terms & Conditions

• The following terms are for job seekers seeking permanent employment, to confirm how we provide you with recruitment services and what we require in return.
• Professional Project Planning Service Limited (“PPP Services”) and the Candidate agree that these are the terms upon which PPP Services shall be providing work finding services for the Candidate:
• PPP Services will not charge the Candidate for finding the Candidate employment.  No fee shall be payable by the Candidate to PPP Services. 
• PPP Services will be sourcing permanent (including fixed term employment) work only for the Candidate. The type of work shall be within one or more of the following sectors:

• Information Technology
• Banking & Finance
• Engineering

• The Candidate shall submit to PPP Services some form of photographic confirmation of their identity prior to commencing any position with one of PPP Service's clients.  Such documents that are acceptable include:
• Passport
• Driving licence
• Identity card

• For each position PPP Services submits the Candidate's CV and/or each permanent employment undertaken by the Candidate, the Candidate confirms that they have the necessary experience, training and qualifications which are required by law or any professional body to perform the work which the position requires and where possible the Candidate shall provide copies of any certificates of qualifications or evidence of training to PPP Services.  The Candidate agrees to promptly supply all references required by the client.
• If a Candidate secures a position with one of PPP Service's clients, the Candidate shall enter into written terms of employment with the client and the client shall pay all remuneration payable directly to the Candidate. 
• These terms of business may only be varied with the prior written consent of a director of PPP Services.
